Drilling in the end of a beam

I don't know why, but I have a complete mental block on how to put a drilling in the end of a beam (at its axis infact).

Would somebody be kind enough to post a screen shot of the settings because it's giving me a headache. :? :? :?

There is also a way of doing it using Tools/Drilling/Perp to side (3-04-5) which is what I had used before and have forgotten, but I guess if you visualise the axis of the beam then this is the best way.
