Hi, do someone knows how to prepare reverse curve operation?
reverse curve operation?

Hello, anyone dont knows?
-
What version are you using?
-
my version is 6.02.
-
Hi Vilmantas,
Is the Smart Tag not working for you? If you don't need it for cutting on a beam processor you could try to extrude the curved profile. Here is a link for one of our usermeeting on extruding beams.

Thanks for trying, but I think you didnt help me. Here I am attach drawing what I want to construct, I need to prepare files for CNC.

The easiest way to get a result, is to use the Hundegger K2 software, and work with drillings and user defined arcs. Notice, that the tool edges are round or rectangular, so that some details cannot be produced exactly as shown in your plan.
In the K2 software, you can create one set of operations, and save them as a group. Then copy the group as often as you need it.

Hi, Der_Planer, I know that way (we using Krusimatic G1 CNC centre), but it is quite complecated plus we cant show details in full Dietrichs project

Hi Vilmantas,
in K2 program it is compicated, too. Therefore I first created a cad drawing, in order to read all angels and center points of the curve.
After some try and error, you will see, that direct machine programming is not too complicated. After all, I import the dxf from cad into Dicam, and extrude it. So the complete beam can be shown in your 3d model.

Coleague, I think this is a soft problem, but I dont understand why Dietrichs dont prepare so simple thing; in smart tag operations are including in principal all operations what we need.
One question more: do you know how to use unknown process from smart tag? -
I dont want do operations in principal wrong way
I think you accept with me -
I can understand you, but I also know, some special things are not yet in the program. So I just can tell you what is possible.
unknown process: I did not yet work with it. Maybe, you get some operations onto the machine, but they may not be shown in the 3d model.

ok, thanks for good communication
