Hi Bert,
To switch between Program Module you are able to use the Icons or the pull-down menu. You can also use your key-pad and type 1-2-9 and it gets you to D-CAM Free Construction Module.

Hi Ian,
Can Catia V5 export to an IFC file format?
That would be the best format it also brings in building information like wall, roof, floor and all the materials.
-
In Roof calculation 1-2-5 go to Roof- Surface Properties 3-01 select the roof you like to save the Properties from and select save and give it a name.
Now it will be available in the pull-down menu For Roof Surface Properties.

Hi Giedrius,
I have attached my wall drawing settings you can use. -
Hi Giedrius,
You have to use Section Areas not the horizontal section.
You create them with 9-9. Also make sure you have in 1-7-2 Area behind Building a distance set. -

Hi Zsolex,
In Roof-calculation 1-2-5 select all Building Sides.
In this window select:(click see Picture).
In the next window choose your plate height (See Picture)
After you exist your this window the roof gets recalculated. The last thing to do is to go to 1-2-6 Roof Design and recalculate the Rafters with 5-9.
The Rafters will be moved up. -
Hi Joe,
With 5-2-02 you can switch off quick- dimensioning.
