I cannot see any problem. The setting is working correctly. Do you use surface properties? If not there will not appear the height flag.
Here are my settings.
Hi Jason
Thanks for the reply.
Perhaps I am missing something blindingly obvious here - and apologies in advance if that's the case - but where is the Height Flag at the Top Edge of the Roof Skin in your illustration?
I can see the one at the Top Edge of the rafter - at 13'- 1 1/32", but not the one at the top of the roof skin - which I have assumed is the top of the outer most slice of the roof build up.
Your settings have check marks for two height flags but I can only see one.
Again, sorry for being dense, but it would be nice to have this dimension available even if this is not the setting to display it.
Cheers

Rob you are right. The height flag is missing in the printscreen of Jason.
In my printscreen you can see it correctly. I even checked all units.
I think it must be a problem with the surface properties.
Hi Joe
Thanks, it's good to know that I am not going mad!!
When you say a problem with the roof surface properties, do you mean a problem with 'my' roof surface properties or a problem with the program?
Cheers
Rob
I have attached the profile for you to take a look at if you don't mind.
Hi Rob,
I had a look at your profile and could not find the problem. Your surface properties seem to be ok. When I select another surface property the whole surface property disappears. Now I think that the whole profile is broken but I do not realy know where the problem comes from.
I would create the missing height flag by hand in the drawing (if you need that).
Thanks Joe
I will try again with a new profile on a different project and see what happens.
Cheers
Rob
