What is the best way to draw an arc knowing both end points and the radius? See attachment.

Plancad 2-5-2 (start - center - endpoint)
- begin with the right point (to draw the arc counterclockwise)
- click mouse wheel context menu: triangle
- click right and left end point, input 19' and 19' for both lengths and select the lower point
- click end point. Arc is perfect. -
