2 ways:
- import your arc drawing into Dicam as dxf, then use 2-5 (extrusion)
- use Dicam 2-1-3 with exact parameters
Hi Der_Planer,
Thanks for the help but now I need to get the laminations to run parallel to the length of the beam. Please see attachment. Is this possible?
Thanks!
Kayaker
Hi Kayaker,
Yes, you can have the lamination's run with the length of the beam but you cannot have the lamination's follow the arc.
When asked for "Extrusion Direction" select "Width". After this you will be asked "Select two points for direction of length (x): This is where you decide what direction you want the lamination's to run.
Thanks Jason !

Of course, nothing is impossible. If you had deep knowledge in the secrets of texture sets, you could show arcs, that look like this:

 Please write a book about the secrets deep within Dietrich's software program you seem to know many! I won't have to be sold I'll buy (must be in english) Thanks for sharing your example!

I'll take a copy too.....
I will write this book when all my other work is done...
