I did a drilling which turned out fine.I would like to think I'm doing it the same as before but now I am receiving a message wrong process. :roll:

It's difficult to guess about the problem, without a look at the beam.
Perhaps you try a drilling in a place, where is no material?

Thanks for the wake up call; I took another look I found out that I was extruding my metal shape in the Y direction when I should have been extruding the width.
