how to create right dxf files?

    Hi, I want to ask how to send drawings from plancad to dxf file in really scale?
    My version. when I creatting for ex. wall drawing I must to clic on check mark for creating D cad and dxf files. Isnt??? Please explain.

    I think this is the best (clean) method.
    dxf direct from the 3d-model is always 1:1 (or 1:1000)


    If you export dxf from Plancad, the result is always in scale of the plan (and maybe some different scales for each window)
