Hi all,

could you help me to make the processing (using a K2) that you see in the attached images?

Could you send me a bvn file and a zgb file to send to my supplier, pease?
Of course if this is possible to do... :wink:

the five axis K2 can do it, I think, the normal K2 is not able to do this processes :wink:

my supplier sad that he has got a K2-5 but using dietrich and the attached bvn file (from jens), the k2 interface writes out that can't be done.

Here follows the error:

Keine UF5: Kippwinkel nicht möglich (translated from italian).

In english:

no UM5: Angle not possible

It seems not a K2-5... I think.

Hi _PWD_

at least the machine data in the SPCP of your supplier is not set to 5-Axis mode... Maybe he has got a 5-Axis, but he still has not found out how to use the 5th axis ;o)

Hi Marco,

you can use other machine settings, but you cannot simply change it (password!).

Ask him to send you his machine data file, then you'll get no more error messages.

My supplier has a notebook, also, with the wrong file... and the only right file (i suppose) is into the k2 PC...

That could be a little difficult. Most K2 PCs have only 3,5" floppy disk, but no usb connection.
