When using the command 3, 04, 6 in d-cam and drill on a angle the holes show incorrect. Is there a way to make the holes show correct?

holes are presented with 12 lines, and i think that 4 lines would be enough.

You cannot change it. A drilling with 4 lines would be a square which looks very strange.
The count of lines depends on the diameter of the drilling:
0.002=8
0.005=8
0.015=16
0.04=24
0.20=32
0.50=64
2.00=128
5.0=256
50.0=512
