Two requests

  • Hi everyone

First, could we have a 'dark green' introduced as a colourset for beams. We use a lot of treated softwood and this would be a good colour to use to differentialte it in DiCAM etc from SPF or OAK.

Also, would it be possible to have an MOS filter on the Show (make everything blue) command.

    Cheers

Some things we can make quik. So here is your dark green: dhpcolor

Just unpack it and copy the directories into your main directory. You should get the questions for overwriting the existing files. So you know that you did it well.

  • Thanks Joachim

That's great - and so quick!!

Can you ask Markus to change the Text 22 to Dark Green in the language files please.

Also, how can I adjust it so that newly created TSW beams are Dark Green. In the material database, you can only select Colours in the Colourset field.

    Thanks again.

In the download above I gave you the english language file. So you should have the text 'dark green'.

I don't understand your problems with the TSW beams. Everything should work with the files I gave you.

It seems so that you didn't copy the files to the right directories. Should have get two files named dhpcolor.frg. One in english and the other in german. You should copy them into the diectory FRG\ENG and FRG\GER. Well you just need the english one.

  • Hi Joachim

Sorry to be a nuisance, but the files have been correctly copied and I still get the same result.

    Hi Rob,

I checked the english file and found a mistake of Markus. Please download again the file above and try again.

  • Hi Joachim

Thanks for that. The 'Text 22' has gone but all TSW beams are still brown when they are created. How can I correct this?

    Thanks

Which setting do you have? In DICAM we have a setting if the color comes from the ID-number or from the name of the beam. You will find that in the dialogbox 'File - Settings - Display settings'.
