Whenever I create a new viewport and try to insert a stored drawing, the list is empty.
How to add drawings to the stored drawing list? I have tried "snapshot" but when I try to print, I just get black paper.
Any ideas?

How do you create your drawings?
Do you use template plans? If yes, there will be no list of plans to insert into a new viewport.
Create a drawing by using "none" template. This will produce a storage, which you can insert into a plan. Your list will no longer be empty.Nevertheless, the other way (by copy and paste) should work, too.

Copy and Paste works perfectly, thankyou.
I still cannot get a drawing into the stored drawings list, other than a "snapshot". But with our current needs, copy and paste will do nicely. -
Oops, my bad, I have it now. Choose no template when you create the drawing, not when you open a new drawing from the 2d cad system.
