Birdsmouth

Hi,

Having trouble in roof design. I have inserted the barn hip through the profile.

Firstly the hips will not birdsmouth the mid span plate, as wont the rafters in the half hip.

Any help would be appreciated as usual.

That worked on the hip rafter but it still didnt bidsmouth the ratfers...

OK, my bad, I was using "plates from profile" which does not give the options.
Once I go into the "define plates" box like you said, all is good.
