Identical Sort Number on list

Hi, as you can see below on the pic, i have 2 sort numbers which are the same for 2 seperate beams, one being the soleplate and one being the eaves beam.. any idea why this is?

Hi,

this comes from your settings for the sorting. Dicam 1-8-1restart sorting, the setting here must be so that for each building part the numbers are different. For example, 300 pieces in the walls, 100 pieces ceiling, 75 roof and 10 truss

wall start number = 1
ceiling start number > walls > 300
roof start number > wall + ceiling > 400
truss start number > wall+ceiling+roof>475

The sequence of the building parts is variable, you can start also with number 1 in the roof and have higher numbers for the other building parts. When each building part starts with number 1 the program starts to count for wall, floor roof, truss & Dicam with 1 and you get the double numbers.

Thanks Mammut, that was exactly the problem, we had everything starting with number 1.
