How move section position

Hi Giedrius,

you can set the horizontal and vertical section positions with 1-7-5 and 1-7-6 in wall construction. These settings are used on the splitted screen, and in the plan, too.

Since version 10, there is another possibility with 9-8 and 9-9 in wall construction. You can select not only a section line, but one or more section ranges.
