I was thinking if there is a way to convert a hand paper drawing to for example dwg, that can be converted to dxf and then inserted in D-Cad? I can scan the drawing in .PDF or .jpg for example - but then to convert from these formats? Is it possible?

Hmm, I tried to use open the .jpg picture of the drawing in Inkscape and save it as dxf. But it didn't seem to work.
I did it some longer time ago, and I know it works. But it needs a much longer workflow as just input a picture and output a vector...
Spend some hours to learn the features of this software, then you might be able to get a result.
