I have SketchUp 2015 and D 14.02. I Copied the file into the plugins' folder, and it still says SketchUp needs to be installed.

I have SketchUp 2015 "installed" and Dietrich's will not let me export the program claims SketchUp is not installed. Can anyone help?

Truss one Truss Two, etc.If you start to create a truss the software starts numbering them for you. If you need to go back and define a new truss ("start over"), you might have trusses numbered #1 #2 if you forget to number the truss as truss #3 it will end up as #4. So being able to just go back and rename the truss number #4 back to #3 would be nice.

When defining a truss if one was created with the wrong name. In other words, rename the whole truss not just a truss member. I can't seem to select the truss using object info.

Is it possible to rename a truss? If so where does one go to do this.

This is where I'm stuck. I can't just click on the beam; I want to transfer the process onto? And ignore the dialog. I tried this, and doing 3-1-9 nothing happens to the beam which I transferred the process onto.

I'm looking for a way to edit the text when dimensioning an angel.

I made a library element out of a steel plate which had drillings. When I bring the object in from the library, the holes (drillings) are no longer with it. Please advise what might be happening.

Now what? I 've exported dxf drawings before and didn't have this problem using the exact same procedures based on my first post. Now I have a problem! Please advise.

Sorry to say, not being able to transfer DXF in feet and inches is not a good thing.

I have a drawing in D-Cad2D in feet and inches. I need to export the file DXF for the recipient. After I export the file, I import the dxf file in VectorWorks to verify the information. All dimensions come in inches (example 136.25) I need to show dimensions in feet and inches and see just what I see In my D-Cad2D file. The only solution I have found is to delete all the dimensions and re-dimension the whole drawing and export dxf from my cad program VectorWorks. Which is no fun time-consuming and could lead to many errors. Please advise.

After taking the snap shot and selecting a template, I can then open it in D-Cad 2D but again, the screen is black.

I tried snap shot again on a new file when I open it up in D-Cad 2D the program, screen is black, and can't make out what's on the screen.

I find it difficult to maneuver get the view I want in the walk-through mode when in open GL. Does anyone have any tips?

Does this mean a line is created that separates the Icons? What do I do if I want to break away a grouping of icons such as the dimensioning tools from the current tool bar?
