Hi. As you see on the picture, some of my rafters get the 2 cut end profile and some does not. What could course that?
Problem with rafter end profiles.

Hi Thorvald,
please attach the position.
Best regards,

Ok see attached.

Hi. It is not very important, since I can just copy the beam drawings from the other correct rafters. I am just wondering why it is happening and if it would be possible to do something about it.
-
Hi Thorvald,
you used "2 cut offs" here, but in fact only one "cut off" can be generated because the "fascia height" is too large. If only one cut off is to be generated, please use "cut off" at rafter eave.
Best regards,
Jens

It should be 2 cut-off, like all the other rafters. I don't understand why the rafters, next to these rafters does get the correct 2-cut-off, while these does not.
-
Thorvald,
you want a length of the first cut off of 15cm, but the vertical height of your hip rafters is only 14,35cm. This is why you cannot use "2 cut offs" here.

Jens

Ok, I see it now, if I change it to 14 cm it works.
I see the function planing / planing areas in roof design (6-02-1). What does this function do??
-
It creates planing areas for an automatic 4-side planer. The planing areas can also be shown in the timber lists.
