Can I input skylight in other roof layer not only in 0? I think Dietrichs dont have that possibiliety, because software dont asking that.

skylights are always related to layer 0. The "height position" comes from the roof properties.

I think you dont understand me: you are right if I have usualy using roof construction with one layer of rafters, then skylight everyone inserting withfree position or with jamb with distances in ground and in height. But here I have roof construction with visible rafters from 0 layer and second rafter on top of them with insulation. O, o, :? maybe you want to say that my lower rafter must be in example +2 layer and higher must be in 0 layer???
old position: first rafter in 0 and other in -3, must be: first rafter in +3 and other in 0, I think I understand -

I think your way is the better one. Move the insultion to layer 0.
