Did you try using 3-04-5 & 3-04-6? They are very straight forward and I would suggest to start with them and let us know if you need help.

Hi Vilmantas,
apparently, you made an extra piece for the steel flanges. In this case, you can try function "3-04-1 At intersection of beams" to create drillings at the intersection of the axes of the wooden beams and the steel flanges.
