For using in 2d program PLANBIB\COMPASS
Access from open library view port command 1-5-2
This will insert a small view port containing the compass you have selected from the list....
Hope that helps...
Hi Jim,
Greatly appreciated!

Hi Jim,
I went to the folder I see nothing.
Kayaker
This partially answers my question on another posting...
I too looked in this directory folder and there are lots of interesting items (electrical, sinks, cupboards, cars, people) which could be placed in a finished drawing.
However, all my folders are empty too. Are these items only available with certain versions? Also, can they be used in the GL environment as well as the DCAD one?
Kayaker, as Jim said use 1-5-2 not 1-5-1 for the compass. The compass' were created in a view port so you will not see them if you use 1-5-1.
Ribbonmonkey, use 1-5-1 to select the electrical, sinks, cupboards, etc.
These are just regular library items that come with the program available in all versions.
The items found in D-CAD 1-5-1 & 1-5-2 are 2D lines, not 3D objects therefore cannot be used in Open GL.
Thanks Jason,
I was using 1-5-2 and they did not show up, they do with 1-5-1
Hi Jason,
I need to slow down and take a better look ! I got it.
Thanks!
Well, we all need to read carefully and understand what it says....
