Yes, that is definitely possible and there are many ways to make the cut.
You can go to an end view of the ridge and use 3-4-8 and select the roof calculation lines when selecting the cutting planes. If you need to manually draw the cutting planes use your D-CAM Premium 4-6-* or in Wall Design 8-9.
You can also use a smart tag 3-2-2 and select the Hip Cut found in Processes_in.
