Dimensioning to center

    Is there a fast way to dimension to the center of rafters or joists in D-Cad-2D? I know you have to do line /2 or point to point /2 to locate the center of each rafter but is there another way?

    in this case, do not use the rafter-plate drawing in roof design, but go to D-CAM and use 1-01-4 save current view (in a plan view). Check "Save beam axis" and store the drawing. In D-CAD 2D switch on the layer "DNAaxis" and dimension the rafters. Then switch "DNAaxis" off.
