Change from shoulders to cuts all over a house?

I have a house, where posts are cut into top- and bottom plates with shoulders, Ceiling beams and roof rafters are possibly also assembled with shoulders.

But the factory where we are going to produce this, doesn't have Krusi, so I should change all shoulders to straight cuts.

Is it possible to change all shoulders in a few simple operations or do I have to go into each wall etc. to change it??

No - this house is made with version 5.04 (now I have 6.02) and the timbers are put into the walls etc. with wall design, ceiling design etc.
