We manufacture our own windows for our buildings; is there any way to insert new window/door templates using our own timber profiles and u-values etc?
We're using Dietrichs V12 and 13

With the version 12 and 13 this is not possible.
We have a new system for windows and doors in version 14 and there it would be possible to include you own profiles. -
Rob Cullen kindly helped me out with this one- the simple answer is no. But!... it is possible to have essentially an auxilliary object (drawn in dicam) for the doors and windows, just in order to make the renderings look a bit pretty! It would be nice to be able to incorporate our own window/door frame jambs/heads/sill profiles at least even if not for the sashes as this can have a significant effect on the weatherproofing and insulation details.
