K2 machine files

    We use the Hundegger K2 with the 5 axis head. We have always used the K1/K2 Hundegger in the machines list. I now see there is an HH K2 5axis. Should we be using this, what is the difference?


    Are you also working on machine files for the Hundegger K3?

    Hi Steve,


    if you have special 5-axis machinings at your beams you will need the 'HH K2 5axis'. If every machining is given to the machine you can work as before. If you have machinings which are not given to the machine but your machine could work them out you should change the settings.
    The machine K3 will work with the same file as the K2. The difference between both machines is just a special transport system.
