Anyway, we are struggling with gaps at the end of hip rafters in 11.02. Please have a look at the attached drawing and dietrichs file.

I am sorry but I do not understand your problem (perhaps because of my English). Please explain your problem a little bit more.
Please do not use such big pictures with an external link and attach pictures with the attachment function. If the pictures are too big please make them smaller.

I think you mean the "gap" between the rafters at the top.
You can change this in the settings, I think its 1-7-7 in the roof design ??! -
I now had a look at the dictionary because I did not know the word "gap". Now it is clear that veedi found the solution. It is the first value in the dialogue box.
