Hello, I don't understand, what happened with 2D-CAD. When I want to open 2D-CAD, show me this error. ( in picture)

Does that occur in each project or just in a single one?
How is the program opened? Please give me the exact way you go to open the program.

Please delete the file PlanCAD.vor in the directory WINVOR\ENG (or which other language you are using).

Yes, in all projects. I deleted PlanCAD.vor, but error still show. Sometimes program run corectly, but more times show error.

That is strange. Crash in all projects but not every time.
Do you open the program without a drawing or do you open directly a drawing? In this case it could be caused by the drawing (or the used template).
If it occurs by opening the program without a drawing you should move (not delete) the following files in directory WINVOR\ENG:
BemStil.dsi
TextStil.dsi
planline.dsi

When I want to run program (PlanCAD.exe) from folder WINEXE, shows me this error.

Do you start the PlanCAD.exe with a double click in folder WINEXE?
This is not possible because in this case the programm does not know the folder with the necessary files.

I am sorry but I do not have more ideas. It seems to work some times and some times not. Perhaps you have a problem with your system or with the anti-virus software.
