Hello, I have a problam with project data. When I want to use this program it not working and send me error (look at the picture), but Dietrich's working without any errors and I use Hardlock 13749. Yesterday project data working fine.
Where is a problam?

I think that you are using Windows 7 and that the driver for the Dongle is not installed completely. Please download the attached filed file and unpack it. Then copy the file HLVDD.DLL into the directory C:\Windows\System32.
Now please start the program once as administrator (mouse right on the icon and 'start as administrator').

I think that you have an old driver for the Hardlock. Please download the following file and install it. Then try again.
