Hello, yesterday I met problem with license key - it starting blinking (light, I mean). When I am starting Dietrichs - software told me that individual hardlock not found! Number: ______. Key is not broken externally. What is wrong and what I can do?

Is it possible that the USB-Port has temporarily had too much Voltage? A blinking key normally means that it is broken (possibly internally). In this case the key has to be exchanged. Please send back the broken Key to Dietrich's Germany, then you will receive a new one as soon as possible. (If the guarantee period has not expired and the key is not broken externally, this will be free of charge)
