If I must create tenon&mortise, but someone else have made drawings in autocad, Is there any chance to create this connection from point to point (because offsets are different) or i have to measure every single time how big offsets I have in current drawing?

I have walls, where i'm having osb and dwd as wallpanels. Problem is that i have those walls more than 100 in projekt is it possible to get automatically width & heigth for wall drawings. Right now i get only width of plates and heigth of wall volume.
